摘要
大国关系在很大程度上决定地区合作的进退和成败。东亚大国为保持地区稳定与繁荣都希望进行合作。由于美对东亚的影响和其政策目标与其他大国的利益不尽一致，使东亚合作的进程复杂化。中日合作是实现东亚合作的保证，但需要切实建立互信、互利的关系。俄目前对东亚合作的影响还是在安全和战略方面。东盟仍然希望保持地区合作的主导作用。
The relations between big countries determine, to a large extent, progress or setbacks and success or failure of the regional cooperation. In order to maintain stability and prosperity in the region, big countries in East Asia all hope to cooperate. But the US influence on the region and disparity between its policy goals and the interests of other big countries have complicated the cooperation process in East Asia. The cooperation between China and Japan is the guarantee for the cooperation in East Asia, and the two countries should effectively establish a relationship of mutual trust and benefit. At present Russia's influence on the cooperation in East Asia is limited in the aspects of security and strategy. The ASEAN still hopes to keep its dominant role in the regional cooperation.
