摘要
在12只健康家兔下颌骨体部的两侧各造成0.7cm×0.5cm×0.3cm的骨缺损区,分别置入 ̄(60)Co消毒的胚胎骨和高温高压消毒的胚胎骨,发现高温高压消毒可以替代60Co消毒胚胎骨进行移植,为临床提供了一种新的用作同种异体移植胚胎骨的消毒方法。
A defect of 0.7cm × 0.5cm × 0.3 cm was made on each side of the body of mandible in twelve rabbits(24 sides)with a dental drill and homologotus transplantation of embryonicbone was performed.The bone taken from rabbits,embryo was sterilized by two differentrnethods separately,either under high pressure and high temperature or with 60Co,thentransplanted into the defect on either side of the body of the mandible for comparison. Theresults showed that the bone sterilized under high pressure and temperatrue was as satisfac-tory as that sterilized with 60Co,providing a new method of sterilizing embryonic bone in ho-mologous transplantation.
