摘要
选用一种低粘度的CMC应用于涂布白板纸涂布试验时发现 ,涂料中添加CMC可大大提高涂料保水性能和控制涂料流变性。低剪切速率范围内 (10 -1~ 10 2 s-1) ,含CMC的涂料为剪切稀化流体 ,粘度下降近一半以上。为了调节和控制涂料流变性 ,CMC加入量应限制在 0 .5~ 1.0份 / 10 0份颜料为宜 ,且面涂比底涂用量稍低。此外 ,CMC在提高涂布白板纸光学性能。
When CMC with low viscosity applied in white board coating,it can greatly provide water retention and rheology control.Under low shear(10 -1 ~10 2s -1 ),CMC-latex coatings belong to shear_thinning fluids,and its apparent viscosity decreases nearly by half.In order to control the rheology of coatings,the CMC should be limited to 0.5~1.0 part/100 parts coloring pigment,and is used less in the second coating than in the first coating.In addition,CMC also plays a big role in increasing the optical capability and printing capability of white board.
