认为政府在图书情报网络化建设中具有不可替代的作用,但随着我国市场经济体制的建立与完善,政府的作用应集中体现在网络化政策法规调控、网络化规划、网络化认证与评估等方面。
The government plays a non - replaceable role in the construction of library and information services network. The government should exert its influence on network construction of library and information services in the aspects of the control of policies and laws, the planning of network construction, and the certification and evaluation for networks.
