构建新型的编辑观念体系 ,强化阵地意识 ,建设新型的编辑出版系统 ,提高高新技术含量 ,建设新型的校报交流系统 ,推进校际网上协作 ,以促进高校校报信息网络的发展。
We should construct the new ideological system of editing, intensify the consciousness of position,build the new publishing system of edition,increase the content of super technics, build the new system of school newspaper's communication,boost the networks′ cooperation and advance development of university newspaper's information network.
