摘要
用 8 0 31单片机做智能部件、金属应变片做应变敏感元件开发出了桥梁应变检测仪 .该仪器用于铁路桥梁静载、动载下应变检测 .采用电桥自动调零 ,可编程增益放大和零点偏差自动调节等措施 ,保证了测量结果的精确度和可靠性 ;仪器内存容量大 ,具有现场显示。
A special instrument for measuring strains of railway bridge beam on dead or moving load by using micro-controller 8031 as intelligent device and strain guage as sensor has been developed .Automatic bridge balance adjustment and programmable gain amplification as well as zero drift correction technique have been employed to ensure sufficient high accuracy and reliability for the measurement results. The Instrument has advantages of high memory capacity,site display,printing,multiplepoint data recording and replay functions.
