摘要
对直径1493mm的40CrNiMoA钢齿圈、16Mn钢腹板的焊接齿轮进行了焊接性工艺试验,介绍了采用80%Ar+20%CO_2混合气体保护焊焊接谊齿轮一次成功的工艺。
Experimental study was carried out for the weldability of big gear, diameter 1493 mm, which consists of 40CrNiMoA steel gear ring and 16Mn steel web. The results show that GMAW process with 80% Ar+20%CO_2 as the shielding gas and corresponding procedure can be used to weld gear joint successfully.
