摘要
探讨了等精度测量均方根偏差的计算方法 ,即σ已知时和σ未知时单次测得值X和算术平均值Xm的均方根偏差计算方法 ,探讨了它们之间的相互关系、在实践中的处理方法以及提高均方根偏差可靠性等问题。
This article discusses study on calculation method about RMS deviation of equal precision measurement,i.e.,about RMS deviation of single-measured value X and arithmetic average value Xm when σ is known and unknown. The mutual relation between them,the practical hardling method and the way to improve reliability of RMS deviations are further discussed.
