摘要
先进生产力是一个具体的历史范畴，它应当有一个同一尺度。它是科学技术原形及其向现实生产力转化应用的集合体。先进生产力发展规律是以人才为主导的科学技术创新、转化应用及其在矛盾制衡中不断扩展和新陈代谢的进程．有四个具体的机制，并且在社会基本矛盾运行中行进，在现时又表现出一些突出特点，必须完整地把握它的根基、条件和趋势。为研究先进生产力发展规律、运行机制及其同社会经济互动中的表现形式，应当构建一门新的科技经济学。
Advanced productivity includes the original form of technology and the transformation from technology to genuine productivity .The development laws of advanced productivity center on technological innovation,transforma- tion and application,and the process of advancement,indicating four mechanisms and bearing some striking features in the process of social development .Technological economics should be established as a branch of science for the re- search of the development laws of advanced productivity,the mechanism and the interaction with social economy.
