摘要
本文对“BETIRAOI”轮跳板失落作了全面分析。运用力学原理 ,推导出船在前进中 ,首部跳板因收放铰车的钢丝绳突然断裂导致兜水 ,在兜水和惯性的双重作用下 ,一瞬间在跳板上产生巨大的作用力 ,致使跳板铰链座被整个撕裂的事故原因。最后提出了几点建设性建议。
The paper made a complete analysis on the ramp losing fault happened to the ship “BETIRAOI”. By using mechanics theory, the author found out the reason of the accident. During ship's operation when it was going forward, the wire rope was broken suddenly and the bow ramp was lowered down, making the ramp “pocketing” sea water. Because of these both loading of “pocketing” and inertial force, a great loading is suddenly applied to the ramp, which then made the hinge base torn off completely from hull structure. The paper proposed some useful suggestions for reference.
