摘要
设计了两种新型的降噪技术装置——加箍约束式制冷压缩机和针对风机噪声的吸声导流锥结构. 加箍约束式制冷压缩机不仅使压缩机具有优越的低频抗噪能力,还解决了其他传统方法无法避免的压缩机散热问题. 吸声导流锥是利用泡沫塑料作吸声体,降低二次噪声,并有导流作用. 与传统方法相比,其优点是结构简单、成本低、降噪效果好.
To reduce the noise radiated by compressor in a refrigerator, a new noise suppression technology is presented, i.e. the invention of compressor acoustically constrained by hoops with damping layers. By improving the inner damping and positively changing the vibrational modes of compressor shell, it converts energy of vibration into heat energy and then reduces noise radiation. So it can not only improve the ability to reduce low frequency noise, but also successfully solve the problem of heat emission of compressor which usually can not be avoided with other traditional methods of sound insulation. The sound absorption guiding cone is made of foam material, which can reduce the secondary noise and guide the flow. The principle of noise reduction, structure of the innovative compressor and sound absorption guiding cone are introduced and analyzed in the article. The experimental results show that the hoops with damping layers reduce the noise without influencing obviously the refrigeration performance.
