经食管超声心动图测定右室收缩功能的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨测量右室收缩功能的新方法。方法 :在 30例患者中进行了经胸二维和经食管超声心动图检查 ,分别采用Simpson法测量右室射血分数 (RVEF) ,与放射性核素心室造影测量的RVEF对比。结果 :经胸二维超声心动图与放射性核素心室造影的RVEF呈中度相关 (r =0 .70 ,p <0 .0 1 ,SEE =0 .0 7) ;而经食管二维超声心动图与放射性核素心室造影的测值呈高度相关 (r =0 .87,p <0 .0 0 1 ,SEE =0 .0 5) ,且组间均数无显性差异 (p >0 .0 5)。结论 Objective:In order to develop a new method of quantitative determination of right ventricular function.Methods:Two dimensional transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography was applied to 30 patients to measure the right ventricular ejection fraction(RVEF),and the results were compared with those of radionuclide angiography.Results:It showed that the results of transthoracic echocardiography.correlated moderately with radionuclide angiography (r=0.70,p<0.01,SEE=0.07).While the results of multiplane transesophageal echocardiography and radionuclide angiography correlated highly with each other(r=0.87,p<0.001,SEE=0.05),and the means of them had no significant difference.Conclusion:Transesophageal echocardiography provides a new method that is relatively non invasive and accurate for quantitative evaluation of right ventricular function.
