摘要
随着中国证券市场的日益发展和规范 ,解决国有股减持和流通问题 ,是证券市场健康发展的当务之急。国有股减持与流通的目的 ,绝不应该仅仅是国有资产的变现和筹资 ,加快国有企业战略重组 ,健全公司法人治理结构 ,才是国有股减持与流通的最终目的。
As China s securities market becomes more and more developed and standardized,questions of state stock reduction and circulation turn to be a top priority task.The goal of reducing state stocks is not simply to realize the state assets for financing.It is rather to quicken the steps of re-organization and to construct healthy corporate administering structure.
