摘要
人文精神正成为我国社会生活中的一大热点。它在我国的迅速崛起 ,是在改革开放大潮中 ,国内与国外、现实与历史、理论与实践等因素共同作用的结果。人文精神从可持续发展、效率与公平相统一及人的全面发展等方面对我国现代化建设的作用作了重大的规定。从导向性、现代性、民族性等方面来看 ,它是建设有中国特色社会主义的一项重大规定。
As a result of the interaction of various factors including history and reality, theory and practice, abroad and at home, the humanistic concern has become the major focus in our social life. The humanistic concern plays a normative role in the man's all-round development, the policy of continuing development and the unity of efficiency and fairness. Therefore, observed at the point of guiding function, modernity and nationality, humanistic concern is a great stiputlation during the socialism construction with Chinese characterics.
