摘要
韩国的大企业不仅是韩国经济的支柱,而且在世界经济舞台上占有一席之地。本文考察韩国大企业形成历程,分析韩国大企业发展模式的特征与弊端,揭示韩国大企业发展模式给我们的启示。
South Korean Corporations not only s erve as the cornerstone of the countr y's e-conomy,but also play a role in the sta ge of world economy.This paper surveys the history of South Korean corporations and analyses th e charateristics and weaknesses as r eflected by the development mode of the corporations.It also sum marizes the lessons that may be leaned from such a development mode.
