摘要
本文主要探讨^(18)F-FDG PET对消化系肿瘤的诊断价值。认为其可用于良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断、恶性肿瘤的临床分期及了解有无远处转移和评价治疗效果等方面,很有价值。但也认为因受多种因素影响,PET诊断消化系肿瘤可有一定的假阳性和假阴性;且检查费用昂贵,目前不宜作为健康普查项目。
The value of 18F-FDG PET in dia-gnosing tumors of digestive system was
conducted. PET was able to differentiate the benign and malignant tumors. Clinical stages, metastasis state and the therapeutic outcome could be determined. Since PET has some false positive and false negative results, and the cost is expensive, it should not be used as a routine examination.
