摘要
本文观察了Ce—TZP陶瓷材料马氏体相变内耗的现象,发现加入13mol%的CeO_2能使ZrO_2的正逆马氏体相变点分别降至203k和243k,而且使ZrO_2马氏体相变的滞后现象减小。观察到在对应的内耗峰附近有软模现象发生,从而推断Ce—TZP相变增韧陶瓷材料的马氏体相变可能是外力感生界面上位错的运动而引起的。
In this paper, the internal friction of martensite phase transformationof ceramic material of Ce-TZP (CeO_2 stabilized tetragonal ZrO_2polycrystals) has been observed. The results show that putting 13mol%CeO_2 in ZrO_2 can make the temperature of phase transformation of ZrO_2reduce to 203K (tetragonal to monoclinic) and 243K (monoclinic totetragonal) and can also make the hysteresis of ZrO_2 phase transformationdecrease. We have discovered that the phenomena of damping modelsoccur in the neighbourhood of internal friction peak. By analysingdamping models, We infer that the martensite phase transformation ofCe-TZP is due to vibration of strings of dislocation in phase surface.
