摘要
用直接测量法测量人全血的衰减系数μt时,发现血液的衰减系数μt随样品厚度的增大而减小,随样品到探测器的距离增大而大。因而用此测量方法测量衰减系数μt存在一些问题。本文通过研究光在血液中的散射,发现:采用足够薄的血样、适当减小限光光阑孔径、增大光探测器离样品的距离Lsd可减小轴向散射光的影响。并提出一种近似扣除轴向散射光的措施,能较准确地测量血液的衰减系数μt.
Attenuation coefficient μt to huma n whole blood was measured by direct measurement method,and it was found to decr ease with the increasing of sample thickness and increase with the decreasing of distance from sample to detector,so there exists some problem in measuring μt.In this paper,by investigating light scattering in blood,it wa s found that using enough thin samples,properly minishing the aperture of the di aphragm and increasing the distance from sample to detector could reduce the inf luence of axial scattering light on μt.An approximate method for subtracting scattering light was put forward and it could well measure μ_t.
