头颅撞击发动机罩板的危害性研究 被引量:3

摘要 根据赫兹接触定律和头皮的粘弹性特性对撞击吸能的影响,建立了由各向同性材料组成的球壳模型撞击四边简支的矩形板的动态响应模型,该模型仿真结果与试验结果吻合的较好。同时依据头部损伤的评价标准,分析了碰撞速度、碰撞角度、撞击质量、头部的直径、被撞结构的厚度以及撞击的位置等对头部损伤的影响。对有保护行人头部功能的车身结构设计将会起到一定的指导作用。 According to Herdz contact principle and effect of sticky characteristic of head skin on collision energy absorption,a dynamic response model of rectangular plate supported simply in four sides and impacted by ball shell model composed of same property material in all directions is set up for which simulating results are better coinside with those of test.At the same time,according to evaluation criterion of head wound,the collision speed,collision angle,collision mass,head diameter,thickness of structure to be impacted and the effect of collision position on head wound are analyzed.A certain guidance shall be referenced for body structure design that benefitial to travellers head protection.
