摘要
课堂教学是师范生从事教育教学工作的重要组成部分 ,师范生课堂教学创新素质培养是时代发展的要求。笔者从课堂教学的现状、重要环节、内在因素、信息技术发展要求以及实践性等方面 ,阐述师范生课堂教学创新素质培养的重要性。
Doing practice teaching is an important part of future teaching work for normal school students. Nurturing creativity for students in normal school is the requirement of present times, and the author discusses the question from the existing situation ,key stages, inner factors, information technology demand and practicality respectively.
