摘要
采用铸锭冶金法制备了 Al- 6 .2 Zn- 2 .0 Mg- 0 .2 5 Sc- 0 .12 Zr和 Al- 6 .2 Zn- 2 .0 Mg合金 ,测试不同处理态的拉伸力学性能 ,利用金相显微镜和透射电子显微镜研究其不同处理态的显微组织。结果表明 :添加微量 Sc和 Zr可明显细化合金的铸态晶粒 ,并显著提高 Al- Zn- Mg合金的力学性能 ,其作用机理主要为 Al3(Sc,Zr)造成的细晶强化。
WT5BZ]The Al Zn Mg Sc Zr alloy was prepared by ingot metallurgy processing The tensile mechanical properties of the studied alloys at different treatments were tested and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy was studied by using optical microscope and transmission microscope The results show that the minor Sc and Zr can greatly fine the grain size of the Al Zn Mg alloy ingots. Minor Sc and Zr can remarkably improve the properties of the Al Zn Mg alloys. The strengthening mechanisms are considered as fine grain strengthening, substructure strengthening, and dispersion strengthening
