摘要
对２９只不同年龄和性别的柴达木绒山羊进行了屠宰测定。结果表明：胴体重以成年羯羊最高（１７．３３ｋｇ），成年母羊（ｌ２．６９ｋｇ）和２．５岁羯羊（１１．７５ｋｇ）次之；屠宰率以１．５岁和２．５岁羯羊最高（４８．２８％和４８．９７％）。
The slaughter test was conduceed in 29 Chaidamu down-producing goats with different age of sex. The resules were as follows:The carcass weight of adult wether(17. 33kg) was the largest and that of adult dam(12. 69kg) and wether at the age of two years and six months(11. 75kg) was second; the dressing precentage of the weehes at the age of l8 months and the wether at the age of two years and sit months were the largest, and were 48. 28% and 48. 97%. respectively.
