摘要
DNA芯片技术是近年迅速发展的一门生物高新技术 ,其突出特点在于高度并行性、多样性 ,即能一次性对生物遗传信息进行大规模的快速、同步分析。DNA芯片技术目前已用于基因重复测序、基因表达分析、新基因的发现、基因单核苷酸多态性 ( SNPs)研究、基因诊断、药物筛选等领域 ,而且其应用范围还在不断扩展。本室运用这一新技术 ,检测水稻在受水稻黄单胞菌水稻致病变种及该菌株的 rpf C基因缺失突变体感染时基因表达的差异 。
DNA microarrays or chips, a hot new biotechnique developed rapid ly in recent years, enables biologists to monitor gene expression on large-scale and g ain a great deal of genetic information at the same time. By this novel approach , not only DNA sequencing and gene expression analysis but also gene diagnoses, study of gene single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs) and new medicine screen ing can be performed.Forthermore,its use keeps expanding to many fields.With the technique of rice cDNA microarrays,we detected gene differential expression of rice infected with a wild type Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo for short) a nd a weak-virulent type Xoo rpfC-deletion mutant,respectively,and fo und some genes involved in resistance to the disease of the rice bacterial blight.
