淋病奈瑟菌流行菌株耐药性及R质粒的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 了解淋病奈瑟菌流行株对抗生素的耐药性及R质粒的携带情况。方法 对广东省湛江地区 1998~ 1999年分离鉴定出的 98株淋病奈瑟菌流行株 ,应用纸片扩散法测定细菌对 10种抗生素的敏感性 ,并采用碱裂解法进行质粒抽提 ,分析R质粒的分布情况。结果 淋病奈瑟菌对环丙沙星、四环素、氯霉素、青霉素高度耐药 ,耐药率分别为 82 .6 5 %、6 9.39%、5 0 %、32 .6 5 % ;质粒提取后 ,检出 42 .5kb、39.5kb、7.4kb、4.2kb四种质粒 ,其中 7.4kbR质粒达到 5 9.16 %。结论 湛江地区淋病奈瑟菌对多种抗生素均耐药 ,耐药谱型达 42种 ,R质粒为 7.4kb“亚洲型质粒” 。 Objective To investigate the resistance of N.gonorrhoeae epidemic strains to antibiotics and the state of carrying R plasmids.Methods 98 gonococcal epidemic strains obtained from 1998 through 1999 in Zhanjiang(Guangdong)were detected their susceptibilities to ten antibiotics by disk diffusion method,the plasmids were extracted by alkaline lysis technique,and then analysis the distribution of R plasmids.Results The resistance of N.gonorrhoeae to ciprofloxacin,tetracycline,chloramphenicol,penicillin G presented higher level,the resistant percentages were82.65%,69.39%,50%and 32.65%,respectively.Four kinds of different molecular weight plasmids were found,their molecular weight were 42.5 kb,39.5 kb,7.4 kb and 4.2 kb.Among them the presence of 7.4 kb R plasmid was 59.16%.Conclusion The epidemic strains of N.gonorrhoeae in Zhanjiang were resistant to various antibiotics.There were 42 types of resistant profiles;the resistant plasmids were 7.4 kb“Asian type”plasmids.The relationshipas between R plasmids and resistance have a certain characteristic.
