摘要
为了观察醒脑灌肠液对脑出血大鼠血肿吸收及降颅压作用的影响 ,并探讨其作用机理 ,采用胶元酶诱发脑出血模型 ,予醒脑灌肠液灌胃 ,观察对大鼠血肿吸收及降颅压作用的影响。结果 ,醒脑灌肠液治疗后 ,脑出血大鼠颅内血肿吸收迅速 ,颅内压下降明显 ,与未治疗脑出血大鼠比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。
To observe the effect of the Xingnao enema decoction dissipating the extravasated blood and reducing intracranial pressure,while discussing the mechanism.We chose rats model of cerebral hemorrhage which was induced by collagen enzyme.In this study we treated some rats with Xingnao enema decoction and found the extravasated blood of these rats dissipate more quickly and intracranial pressure reduce obviously.There were statistical differences between the treated rats and the untreated rats (P<0 01).The results demonstrate that Xingnao enema decoction has better effect on dissipating the extravasated blood and reducing intracranial pressure.
