摘要
目的掌握肿瘤对我省人民健康的危害程度及变动趋势。方法应用死亡率、标化死亡率、预期寿命、YPL L及 AYPL L等指标分析肿瘤死亡资料。结果甘肃省肿瘤死亡率达 10 0 .5 0 /10万 ,标化死亡率 93.78/10万 ,居全死因第三位。 YPL L及 AYPL L分别为 8.5 4‰和 7.6 8‰ ,且男性死亡率明显高于女性 ,城市人群死亡率明显高于农村人群。去肿瘤死因后 ,平均寿命增加 2 .90倍。十年来 ,胃癌、食管癌、宫颈癌等死亡率呈下降趋势 ,但肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌则相反。结论肿瘤是危害我省人民健康和生命的主要疾病。胃癌、肝癌、食管癌是优势癌种 ;肺癌、乳腺癌等的上升趋势值得关注。
Objective To explore the hazard extent to health and changing trend of tumor in Gansu Province.Methods The data of tumor death was analyzed on mortality,standard mortality,life expectancy,YPLL and AYPLL.Results The tumor's mortality of Gansu is 100.50/100 000,standard mortality is 93.78/100 000,which contribute to the third of the death causes.YPLL and AYPLL is 8.54‰ and 7.68‰,respectively.Male's mortality is significantly higher than female's,urban's mortality higher than rural's.When the effect of tumor death was eliminated,The life expectancy increased 2.90 years.In recent decades,the mortalities of carcinoma of stomach,esophagus,uterus showed a declining trend,as compared with carcinoma of lung,liver and breast which mortality is rising.Conclusion Tumor is the main disease that hazards the people's health in Gansu Province.Carcinomas of sto- mach, esophagus,liver are dominant.Carcinoma of lung and breast which mortality is rising are worth to pay attention.\;
