摘要
目的 探讨低场磁共振设备脂肪抑制技术在骨骼、肌肉系统检查中的价值。方法 在 4 0例骨骼肌肉检查中作常规SE及STIR脂肪抑制扫描 ,对图像进行阅片评分和统计学处理。结果 SE序列T1W、T2W和STIR序列的病灶检出评分为 1.95± 0 .3 2、2 .0 3± 0 .2 8和 2 .5 0± 0 .64;病灶对比评分为 2 .10± 0 .67、2 .4 5± 0 .64和 3 .63± 0 .4 9;病变边缘和范围评分为 1.88± 0 .76、2 .2 8± 0 .72 ;3 .73± 0 .4 5 ;STIR与SE序列T1W、T2W比较的t检验结果均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,或极显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 国产低场强磁共振脂肪抑制技术在骨骼肌肉系统检查中 ,对病灶检出、病灶与正常组织间的对比以及病灶边缘和范围的描述上 ,STIR较常规SE序列具有显著的优越性。
Purpose To explores the value of fat-suppressed technique of low-field MR scanner in the assessment of skeleton-muscular system. Methods MR scans with both conventional SE and STIR fat-suppression sequence were performed in 40 patients, all imaging were assessed by methods of giving marks and quantitative measure and statistical analysis. Results For detecting the lesion, lesion-natural contrast, lesion border and range, STIR was much better than SE T1W and T2W(P<0.05 or P<0.01) . Conclusion The fat-suppressed technique of low-field MR scanner in the assessment of skeleton-muscular system, STIR was much better than SE sequence.
