摘要
对祛白酊进行了包括急性毒性、皮肤刺激性和皮肤过敏试验。结果表明 :本品无皮肤急性毒性作用 ,无皮肤过敏反应 ,对完整皮肤无刺激性反应 ,对破损皮肤有轻度刺激性 ,但给药后 48小时 。
After toxicologic tests including acute toxicity, ski n irritation and cutaneous sensitization, the results showed that antileukoderma t incture had no acute toxicity, sensitization and stimulation to non-cut skin, bu t the preparation had a mild irritation to wounded skin which would disappear in 48 hours after administration.
