摘要
目的 探讨超声诊断胎儿脑膜脑瘤畸形的声像图特征和临床意义分析。方法 从78365例孕期检查孕妇中检出12例胎儿脑膜脑瘤畸形。结果 胎儿颅骨局部缺损及与之相连的囊性团块是声像图的主要特征。结论 超声检查诊断胎儿脑膜脑瘤畸形优于其他检查方法。
Objective To discuss the feature of the ultrasonic image and the clinical value of this test way. Methods Twelve cases of fetus cerbromeningeal cerebroma abnormality from 78365 fetus were detected. Results Fetus skull defect and connected cystic mass are main features of the ultrasonic image. Conclusion Ultrasound is superior to other methods in diagnosing fetus cerbromeningeal cerebroma.
