摘要
目的 :观察中药心肌康治疗高血压左室肥厚的临床疗效。方法 :60名高血压左室肥厚患者随机分为倍他乐克治疗组 3 0例和心肌康治疗组 3 0例 ,疗程 3个月 ,治疗前后检测血压、心脏超声、血Ⅲ型前胶胶原和透明质酸 ,血液流变学等指标。结果 :心肌康治疗组改善上述指标均等同于或优于倍他乐克治疗组。结论 :心肌康逆转肥厚左室组织重构的疗效优于倍他乐克。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional medicine therapy on essential hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy(EH-LVH).Methods:Sixty patients with EH-LVH were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Observation group(30cases)was given orally Xingjikang for three months,tne other group(30cases)was given Betaloc orally for three months.Echocardiography,serum procollagen typeⅢ(PCⅢ),hyaluronic acid(HA) and hemorheology were measured before and after the treatment. Results:The curative effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group.
