摘要
目的 :对CEREC系统 (Ⅱ 型 )的临床应用进行评估。方法 :用CEREC系统 (Ⅱ型 )制作修复体 38个 ,并作 1年的临床追踪观察。结果 :18个嵌体有一个折断 ,2 0个贴面脱落 5个。结论 :CEREC陶瓷是银汞合金的理想替代品 ,但修复体制作技术要求高 ,不能修复龋坏面积过大的牙齿 ,设备投资大 。
Objective:To estimate the clinical use of CEREC system(Ⅱ).[WT5”FZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ]There were third-eight restorations made by CEREC system(Ⅱ) and clinical observation was one year.[WT5”FZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] Only one was broken in eighteen inlays and fell off five in twenty veneers.[WT5”FZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]It indicates that ceramic could be used to substitute silver-mercury alloy.but the technique of restoration needs accurate operation and cannot use to restore teeth which was damaged too large and excessive in equipment investment.
