摘要
目的 :探讨bFGFmRNA基因与腮腺血管瘤发生、发展的关系。方法 :应用RT -PCR技术对 16例腮腺血管瘤和 5例正常腮腺组织进行了bFGFmRNA的基因表达的分析。结果 :发现bFGFmRNA基因在所测组织中均有不同水平的表达 ,腮腺血管瘤的高表达率为 6 2 4% ,正常组织无高表达。结论 :提示bFGFmRNA基因与腮腺血管瘤的发生。
Objective:To investigate the relationship among the gene expression of bFGF mRNA and occurrence and progression of hemangiomas in infant parotid gland.[WT5”FZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ]The study of gene expression of bFGF mRNA in 16 cases of hemangiomas in infant parotid gland and 5 cases of normal parotid tissues were investigated by using RT-PCR technique.[WT5”FZ]Results:[WT5”BZ]The expression level of bFGF mRNA was different in different tissues.The overexpression rate of infant hemangiomas of parotid gland was 62.4%,there was not over expression in normal tissues.[WT5”FZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ]bFGF mRNA might have an important role in the occurrence and progression of hemangiomas.
