摘要
杨兆钢教授临证时强调“疏弹趋动 ,技巧术行”是芒针的基本针刺手法和治疗原则 ,并以此创立了独特的弯刺针法 ,在辨证取穴“少而精”的原则下 ,开创性地提出了疏通枢纽、三脘配穴等治疗疑难杂症的特色选穴、配穴方法 ;他继承传统针灸理论 ,结合现代医学研究 ,对喑痱、前列腺疾病的针灸治疗开辟了新的思路 ,并著书立说 ,为后学者奠定了坚实的芒针理论基础。
Professor Yang Zhaogang Emphasizes basic needling manipulation methods and therapeutic principle of elongated needle therapy,and establishes unique curved needling method.Based on the principle'fewer but better'in point selection and differentiation of syndromes,he raises initially characteristic point selection and point prescription methods for dredging the pivot and using Three Wan points prescription to treat difficult and complicated diseases;He inherits traditional acup moxibustion theories and combines modern medicine studies to open a new way to treat aphasia and paralysis and prostatosis with acupuncture and moxibustion,and he has written books and founded theories,laying a solid theoretical foundation for elongated needle therapy.
