摘要
耳穴沿皮透穴刺法是利用毫针沿着皮下刺入 ,用一针贯穿 2穴或某一穴区的全程的特殊耳穴针刺方法。该法较多用于耳郭的耳舟、对耳轮及其上、下角等部位 ,在治疗肢体、躯干疼痛及或功能障碍 ,如颈椎病、急性腰扭伤、肩周炎、坐骨神经痛、中风或脑外伤导致的肢体功能障碍等疾病方面 ,有着即时效应快、治疗次数少、疗效巩固的特点 ,值得进一步深入研究。
Auricular point penetration needling along the skin is a special auricular acupuncture method in which a filiform needle was inserted along the skin,one needle penetrates two points or point areas simultaneously in one insertion.This method is more used at the scaphoid fossa of auricle,helixes and its upper and lower corners,and others,and the method is of characteristics of rapidly producing transient therapeutic effect,less treatment times and consolidation of theapeutic effect in treatment of pain and/or dysfunctions of limbs and the trunk such as cervical spondylopathy,acute lumbar sprain,periarthritis of shoulder,sciatica and disfunction of limbs induced by apoplexy or brain trauma,and so on.
