摘要
创新文化是一个很大的概念,本文提出,中国科学院创新文化建设主要体现在管理 创新之中。由此,提出了体现在管理创新中的创新文化建设的实施建议,其一,可以引入 现代管理措施如CI技术,其二,可以在致力于不断调查研究的基础上创建良好的科研氛 围。在创新文化建设的评价方面,本文认为管理行为评价是创新文化建设的直接的结果 性评价之一。
Since innovation culture is a very big concept, this paper argues that innovation culture building in CAS be a result of innovating adninistrative system. Therefore, the paper suggests two ways to carry out innovation culture building, one is to apply new management technique, such as CI; the other is to make a productive climate for R & D through a series of investigation and study to the organization. As to the assessment of innovation culture, the paper proposes that it is a good way to evaluate some behavior of the organization such as satisfaction, commitment, perception of fairness,and so on.
