摘要
目的 探讨青光眼滤过性手术出现持续性浅前房的原因及处理方法。方法 对 1991～ 2 0 0 0年期间住院的 2 16例( 2 16眼 )青光眼进行常规滤过性手术 ,对其中 46例发生持续性浅前房的原因进行分析及治疗观察。结果 46例持续浅前房 ,主要原因为滤过引流过畅引起。浅前房程度按Spaeth分级法进行分级。Ⅰ度 30眼 ,Ⅱ度 12眼 ,Ⅲ度 4眼。结论 找出青光眼滤过性手术后浅前房的原因 ,并采用积极的治疗措施 ,可达到预防及治疗的目的。
Objective To investigate the cause and the therapeutic method of shallow anterior chamber caused by filtrating operation of glaucoma.Methods 46 eyes with postoperative constant shallow anterior chamber from 216 cases during 1991～2000 were analyzed.Results The shallow anterior chamber mainly resulted from over drainage.The depth of shallow anterior chamber has been classified according to Spaeth classification.Shallow anterior chamber grade Ⅰ in 30 eyes,grade Ⅱ in 12 eyes,grade Ⅲ in 4 eyes.Conclusions The shallow anterior chamber was caused by over drainage while doing the filtrating operation for glaucoma and could be cured and prevented effectively.
