摘要
目的 观察眼部黄蜂严重蜇伤的改变及治疗结果。方法 回顾性分析了 2例眼部黄蜂蜇伤的眼前段和眼底改变及其预后。结果 黄蜂蜇伤后角膜浑浊、角膜上皮脱落、前房积血、视网膜血管变细及视网膜水肿。晚期出现视神经萎缩及视网膜血管闭塞。经治疗视功能未能恢复。结论 严重黄蜂蜇伤可造成视神经萎缩 ,视网膜血管闭塞 ,预后极差。
Objective To investigate the change and results of severe ocular wasp sting.Methods 2 cases of ocular anterior and posterior segment changes and prognosis were retrospectively analysed.Results Corneal opacity,epithelium breakage,hyphema,constriction of central retinal arteria and veins and swelling of the retina may be occured.Optic atrophy,closure of the vessels occured latter.Vision could not recovered after treatment.Conclusion Optic atrophy and closure of retinal vessels may occur after serious ocular wasp sting.The prognosis is very bad.
