摘要
目的 探讨更有效治疗黄斑孔性视网膜脱离的方法。方法 14例 ( 14眼 )黄斑孔性视网膜脱离 ,自体血清经闭合式玻璃体切除术后注于黄斑孔处 ,治疗 6例 ;玻璃体腔注气术治疗 8例。结果 自体血清治疗的 6例一次手术后视网膜全复位 ,复位率为 10 0 % ,视力均有提高 ,最佳视力为 0 2。玻璃体腔注气术治疗 8眼中 6眼一次术后视网膜复位 ,复位率为75 %。 1眼二次注气术后复位 ,1眼经三次注气术复位。结论 自体血清治疗黄斑孔性视网膜脱离是一有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the effective methods on treatment of macular hole retinal detachment.Methods 14 case (14 eyes) with macular hole retinal detachment were performed vitrectomy.Six of 14 case were placed autologo us serum over the macular hole and 8 cases were injected gas in vitreous.Results 6 case treated with autologous serum after the operation were retinal reattachment and the rate of the reattachment was 100%.Visual acuity were all improved in the 6 cases and the best vision was 0.2 Of 8 case treaed with gas-injected operation in vireous. 6 cases were retinal reattachment after the first operation and the rate of the reattachment was 75% 1 case was retinal reattachment after the second gas-injected operation and 1 case was retinal reattachment after the third gas-injected operation.Conclusion Autologous serum is an effective way to treat the macular hole retinal detachment.
