摘要
目的 探讨分析眼球穿孔伤后发生眼内炎的危险因素。方法 回顾分析 418例 42 2眼眼球穿孔伤患者的资料 ,探讨发生眼内炎的危险因素。结果 42 2眼中发生眼内炎 38眼 ,占 9 0 0 % ,眼内炎的发生多与穿孔伤本身创口的感染、晶状体损伤、眼内异物存留时间过长、清创缝合时间过晚及未及时合理使用抗炎、抗感染药物等因素有关。结论 伤后及时诊断和及早合理治疗是防止和减少眼球穿孔伤后发生眼内炎的关键。
Objective The dangerous factors are discussed and analysed about perforating injury of eyeball resulting in endophthalmitis. Methods The patients information is recalled and analysed in 418 cases (422 eyes), and the dangerous factors of resulting in endophthalmitis are discussed. Results 422 eyes result in endophthalmitis of 38 eyes (9%), and endophthalmitis is connected with infection of perforating injury of eyeball, injury of lens, too long time about the stay of in intraocular foreign body, too late time about sterilization as well as suture and the unreasonable of the medicines in anti infection together with anti inflammation. Conclusion The key of preventing and decreasing it is that the doctor makes a diagnosis in time and gives a reasonable treatment earlier for the patient after injury.
