摘要
目的：探讨乳腺癌患者术中、术后发生猝死的原因及预防抢救措施。方法：对1991年至2000年底乳腺癌患者术中、术后发生的猝死及心肺事件8例进行回顾性临床多因素分折。结果：猝死原因：1）急性心肌梗死；2）急性肺梗塞；3）原发性室颤。结论：乳腺癌患者术中、术后猝死及突发心肺重症疾患与术前诸危险因素有关：心肌缺血、高血压、QTd增加、血高凝状态、心脏病史。
Objective To explore the causes of intraoperative sudden death and its emergency measures． Methods From 1991 to 2000 the causes of intraoperative sudden death and cardio－pulmonary events of 8 breast cancer patients were analysed retrospectively． Results The main causes of sudden death included 1 Acute myocardial infarction 2 Acute pulmonary infarction． 3 Primary ventricular fibrillation． Conclusion The intraoperative sudden death and severe cardio－pulmonary events are closely associated with the preoperative risk factors Myocardial ischemia hypertention increased QTD hypercoagulability and other heart disease history．
