摘要
目的 :寻找经济快捷的氯霉素注射液测定方法。方法 :薄层层析进行分离提取 ,再用紫外分光光度法进行测定含量、稳定性、回收率。结果 :求得的回归方程 ,线性很好 (r =0 9999) ,提取率高。经五组不同批号的药品进行测定 ,与部颁法相比较 ,两者没有显著性差异(P >0 0 5 )结论 :薄层—紫外分光光度法测定结果准确、稳定、灵敏度高、重现性好、可替代抗生素微生物检定法。
Objective:To find out an economic and quick method for the determination of chloramphenical injection.Methods:The coutent,stability and recovery rate of chloramphenol were separated and exfracted by thin layer chromatography (TLC) and determined by ultraviolet speefrophotometry.Results:Regression equation abtained indicated that linear was excellent.Samples taken from 5 different batches were determined and compared with the method recommanded by the Ministry of Public health,People's Republic of China.No obvious diffrence was found between them ( P >0.05). Conclusion: The method is precise,stable,sensitive and repeatability is good and can be used to replace the microbiological method.
