亚低温治疗重型颅脑伤的临床研究

摘要 目的 :探讨重型颅脑伤亚低温治疗新途径。方法 :采用亚低温治疗与常规治疗进行对比分析 ,观察亚低温治疗组与常规治疗组颅内压、血压、体温、心率、血氧饱和度、血电解质、血糖变化和对预后的影响。结果 :亚低温治疗能显著降低颅内压增高 ,抑制伤后早期高血糖症 ,改善心肌缺血和呼吸功能 ,降低死亡率。结论 :亚低温治疗能降低重型颅脑伤的死亡率。 Objective:To explore a new method of moderate hypothermia treatment (HHT) in severe craniocerebral injury.Methods:Changes of intracranial pressure,blood pressure heart rate,degree of bolld oxygen saturation and blood sugar content etc. were determined in patients treated with MHT and those with conoentiona metod.The effects of these changes on prognosis were analysed.Results:MHT depressed hyperglycemia in early stage after injury obviously,improved the blood supply of myocardium and respiratory function and decreased mortality.Conclusion:Moderate hypothermia treatment may decrease the mortality of severe cranio cerebral injury.
