摘要
针对大庆油田采油七厂注水井井温偏低 ( 5~ 3 0℃ )的情况 ,研制开发了LTPC - 1低温调剖剂。该调剖剂以聚丙烯酰胺和丙烯酰胺单体为主剂 ,在其他化学助剂共同作用下形成具有较高强度和弹性的凝胶体。实验结果表明 ,LTPC - 1调剖剂具有低温 ( 5~ 3 0℃ )下成胶时间 ( 2~ 3 0h)可调、凝胶强度高 ( 10× 10 4~ 4 0× 10 4mPa·s)等特点。岩心实验表明 ,该调剖剂对岩心的封堵率大于 95 % ,具有较好的封堵效果。 2 0 0 0年进行了现场试验 11口井 ,成功率10 0 % ,单井平均注水压力上升 2 .4MPa。截止 2 0 0 0年 11月 ,与其相连通的 4 7口油井已累计增油 90 5 6t,获纯经济效益 4 84 .3 5× 10 4元 ,投入产出比为 1∶6.2 1。
In view of the situation that the water injector temperature is on the low side (5~30℃) in No. 7 production plant of Daqing oilfield, low temperature profile control agent LTPC?1 is developed. The agent is gel with higher strength and elasticity by the common action of polyacrylamide and acrylamide, whose monomers were taken as main agent, and other chemical coagulant aid. Experiment result shows that LTPC?1 agent possesses the properties of adjustable gel?forming time (2~30h) and high gel strength (10×10 4~40×10 4mPa) at low temperature (5~30℃). Core experiments present that this kind of agent has good plugging effect for core plugging ratio more than 95%. Field experiments are made at 11 wells in 2000 with 100% success ratio and 2.4MPa average waterflood pressure of single well increased. By the end of November 2000, 47 wells that were interconnected with them have increased cumulative oil production of 9056t achieving net economic benefit of 4843500 yuan and input?output ratio of 1∶6.21.
