摘要
目的 探讨使用电化疗治疗砷致皮肤癌的临床疗效及应用价值。方法 在中、重度砷中毒患者中 ,选择 6 2例患者进行活检 ,病理检查确诊为砷性皮肤癌 15例 ,占 2 4.2 %。其中 Bowen's病 12例 ,鳞状细胞癌 2例 ,基底细胞癌 1例。均采用电化疗治疗的方式 ,治疗后 1年评价疗效。结果 完全缓解 14例 ,部分缓解 1例 ,缓解率为 10 0 % ,2年后随访疗效为 93.3%。结论 燃煤砷致皮肤癌的电化学治疗 ,方法简便 ,安全且费用较低 ,疗效高 。
Objective To investigate clinical treatment of electrochemotherapy in arsenicum-induced skin cancer.Methods The biopsy of skin was performed in 62 cases of patients with chronic arsenid poisoning who had received a physical examination and 15 skin cancers were found pathologically,from treatment with electrochemotheraty alone.Results CR 14 cases,PR 1 cases.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusions The electrochemoheropy is safe,simple,cheaper and exhilarant in the treatment of arsenicum-induced skin cancer and it is advisable in countryside polluted by arsenicum.
