摘要
用红外光谱法对不同温度下处理的酚醛和聚苯乙烯阳离子交换树脂碳化产物的结构基团进行了测试分析。实验结果表明 ,酚醛树脂苯环上的氢虽然在碳化过程中不断减少 ,但经 10 0 0℃碳化处理后仍有少量氢联接在苯环结构上 ,主要以单个或两个相邻的形式存在苯环之中 ,多氢相邻形式较少。在碳化过程中 ,聚苯乙烯阳离子交换树脂的苯环结构和烯烃基团比磺酸基团稳定。两种树脂中的苯环结构均随着碳化处理温度的升高逐渐形成多苯稠环结构。在 10 0 0℃下碳化处理时 ,苯环之间相互连接成多苯稠环结构的速度比较缓慢。特别是聚苯乙烯阳离子交换树脂的苯环结构基团变化也较缓慢 。
The structural groups of carbonized products of phenolic aldehyde resin and polystyrene cation exchange resin treated at different temperatures are tested and analyzed with IR method. The results indicate that the hydrogen of benzene ring of phenolic aldehyde resin decreases in the carbonization process, but still there is a little hydrogen of benzene ring in the carbonized products of phenolic aldehyde resin treated at 1?000 ℃. The hydrogen existing in benzene ring is mostly in single separated form or two\|border up separated form. The benzene ring and alkene structural group are much more stable than structural group of sulfoacid for the carbonifying process of polystyrene. The benzene ring of both resins is growing into benzene fused ring structure with the carbonization temperature increasing. The speed of forming fused ring is slow even in carbonization process at 1?000 ℃. Especially the benzene ring of polystyrene cation exchange resin varies slowly. Therefore the graphite degree of carbonized product of polystyrene cation exchange resin is getting low comparatively.
