摘要
通过对系列配方的推进剂进行多项实验 ,较为系统地研究了 AP的含量与粒度对 HMX型 NEPE推进剂燃烧性能直接或间接的影响 ;依据推进剂燃烧波结构中的凝相机理、暗区理论和火焰性质 ,全面考察了 AP的影响机制 ;并结合 Al粉的存在 ,探讨了组分间相互作用的可能机理。分析结果表明 :AP含量适当的增加与粒度级配可以在一定程度上改善推进剂的燃烧性能。
A variety of experiments were carried out on the new series of NEPE propellant, the effects of AP content and particle size on the propellants combustion characteristics are studied systematically. In parallel with this experimental analysis, an interpretative mechanism for AP's effects is developed on the basis of condensed-phase mechanism, dark-zone theory and flame property in the combustion wave. The interaction between aluminum and AP is also considered. It is revealed that the increase of AP content and the use of graded AP can improve the combustion characteristics of NEPE propellants.
