摘要
TDJ—GST—Ⅱ型高速锁闭止轮顶是一种不需要外部能源、能够自动识别过顶车辆车速的止轮防溜设备.当车辆速度低于该顶规定的临界速度时.止轮顶对车辆制动、做功;在车辆速度高于该顶规定的临界速度时,止轮顶的滑动油缸处于锁闭状态,对车辆基本不做功,从而可实现列车进站或列车发车时通过顶区不限速.应用该产品能够减少轮、顶间的磨耗,延长顶的使用寿命,节省机车能耗,有利于行车安全.在编组场尾部、到发线、货物线具有广泛的推广应用前景.
TDJ - GST- II stop retarder of high speed locking is a type of equipment of stopping and prevention for runaway, which needs no external energy source, and can automatically identify the wagon speed that wagon passed over the retarders. When wagon speed is below the critical speed for which the stop retarder is set, it brakes the wagon and takes appreciable energy from the wagon. When the wagon speed is above the critical speed for which the stop retarder is set, the cylinder of the stop retarder is in locking situation whilst taking little appreciable energy from the wagon , therefore , it will realize that the speed which train pass over the retarder area is unlimited when train come in or depart the station. With applying the stop retarder it can reduce the wear between the wheel and retarder , extend the life of retarder , save the consumption of energy of engine and beneficial to safety of wagons running . It possesses extensive prospect of popularization and application at the tail of marshalling yards, arrival-departure tracks, special line of goods.
