摘要
本文介绍了以MAX038波形产生器为核心的可调频调幅信号发生器的基本组成原理。并祥细介绍了调频、调幅电路的组成。由于在该信号发生器中设计了高精度频率测量及数字反馈,使得该仪器的信号频率高度稳定。该信号了生器主要用于在多频涡流无损检测中作信号激励源。
This paper present a fundamental tenets of frequency modulation and amplitudemodulation signal generator,which is composed of MAX038 and other components. And the circuitof frequency modulation and amplitude modulation are also particularly introduced. To make sign-al frequency highly stable,circuits of highly precision frequency measument and digit feedback arealso particularly contrived. The signal generator is mostly used as signal exciting source in ultifre-quency eddy--current nondstructive inspection.
