摘要
本文严格控制无水无醇条件,并改变试剂和溶剂用量,用9-蒽羧酸与亚硫酰氯反应,合成并纯化了性质活泼的9-蒽酰氯,作为荧光探针,定量分析微量和超微量药物。
Anthracene-9-carbonyl chloride, used as a fluorescent detection probe in pharmaceutical trace analysis, was synthesized in dry chloroform by the reaction between anthracence-9-car boxylic acid and thionyl chloride distilled from sulfur or triphenylphosphite.
