摘要
中小企业生于市场,长于市场,贴近市场,主要依托市场力量求得发展,其运行也主要依靠市场机制调节,市场中介组织成为促进与调节中小企业发展的重要依托。从理论上讲,市场中介组织将成为中小企业发展的重要依托,是经济发展的客观要求,是市场经济的必然现象;从实践来看,市场中介组织也已经成为中小企业发展的重要依托。由于市场中介组织的出现,在市场运行中就形成了“政府——市场中介组织——中小企业”关系链,并构成了新的经济机制。
Small and medium enterprises root in market, grow in market and depend on market for their development and operation as well. Theoretically or practically speaking, the intermediary becomes a vital base for them. Therefore, in the course of market operation, the chain of ' government - intermediary - small and medium enterprises' comes into being and forms a new economic system
